Nordic Waterproofing Group (STO: NWG.ST) has today completed the acquisition of one of the leading players within vegetation technology in the Nordics – Veg Tech – earlier communicated in a press release on April 19, 2018. Nordic Waterproofing has initially acquired 83 percent of the shares, and has submitted an offer to acquire the remaining shares for the same price per share as the main acquisition.
Nordic Waterproofing Group (STO: NWG.ST) has today signed an agreement to acquire one of the leading players within vegetation technology in the Nordics – Veg Tech – with annual sales of approximately SEK 125 m employing around 45 persons. Nordic Waterproofing acquires initially 83 percent of the shares, and closing is expected to occur during the second quarter of 2018. Furthermore, Nordic Waterproofing has committed itself to, immediately following the closing of the main transaction, submit an offer to acquire the remaining shares for the same price per share as the main acquisition.
Nordic Waterproofing Group (STO:NWG.ST) har idag ingått avtal om att förvärva en av de ledande aktörerna inom vegetationsteknik i Norden – Veg Tech – med en årlig omsättning på omkring 125 MSEK och sysselsätter ett 45-tal medarbetare. Nordic Waterproofing förvärvar inledningsvis 83 procent av aktierna, och övertagandet förväntas ske under andra kvartalet 2018. Nordic Waterproofing har dessutom förbundit sig att, i omedelbar anslutning till övertagandet, avge ett bud avseende resterande aktier till samma pris per aktie som huvudförvärvet.
