During the period March 4, 2019, until and including March 8, 2019, Nordic Waterproofing Holding A/S has repurchased in total 16,316 own shares (ISIN: DK0060738409). The share buy-backs form part of the SEK 18 million share buy-back program that Nordic Waterproofing announced on December 20, 2018, in order to secure the Company’s incentive programs. The share buy-back program, which runs between December 20, 2018, and March 29, 2019, is being carried out in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (“MAR”) and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016/1052 (the “Safe Harbour Regulation”).

All acquisitions have been carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm by Nordea Bank Abp on behalf of Nordic Waterproofing. Following the above acquisitions, Nordic Waterproofings holding of own shares amounts to 168,248 shares as of March 8, 2019. The total number of shares in Nordic Waterproofing is 24,083,935.
